In this study, we performed RNA interference-mediated knockdown of TRA2B, PTBP1 and MBNL1 in HeLa cells, and constructed 2x101bp paired end RNA-seq libraries for mock treatment and three knockdown samples. We divided each sample into two fractions, where rRNA depletion and RNase R digestion were permed to one fraction, and the other fraction was only treated by rRNA depletion. |
