Description |
To further reveal the function of gga-miR-135a-5p in chicken follicle theca cells, a total of five samples, including 2 normal chicken follicle theca cells (Control group: T07 and T08) and 3 gga-miR-135a-5p inhibitor transfected chicken follicle theca cells (test group: T10, T11 and T12) were used for RNA-sequencing. As a results, 2013 genes were expressed significantly different between Control group (T07 and T08) and test group (T10, T11 and T12), while 953 genes were significantly up-regulated, and 1060 genes were significantly down- regulated in test group. |
