Title Genomic characterization of lung cancer
Relevance Cancer genomics
Data types Exome
Organisms Homo sapiens
Description Lung adenocarcinomas (LUADs) radiologically displayed as sub solid nodules (SSNs) present a more indolent biological behavior compared with radiologically solid LUADs. SSNs commonly encompassing pre-invasive and invasive but early stage adenocarcinomas. Currently, the genomic features of SSNs remain poorly understood. Our goal is to profile its genomic characteristics and link those characteristics to its biological behaviors. Hopefully, we can gain a deeper insight into the evolution of lung cancer and assist clinical decision for clinicians.
