Description | Samples and Methods: Genomic DNA was extracted from the ear tissue of 31 Dazu black goats follwing SPC procedures DNA library construction and sequencing on each individual goat was performed on an Illumina HiSeq X Ten platform by Gene Denovo (Guangzhou, Guangdong, China). After sequencing, initial filtering (Li et al (2014) and mapping of the reference genomes (Capra hircus, ARS1) were by performed with BWA software14. Single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) were identified using SAMtools and ANNOVAR. Genotype frequency and the fisher-test were displayed with SAS software, and the Manhattan map of SNP distribution (-Log 10 (P-value)) was done with R package | ||||||||||||
