Title Genomic Capacity of a Novel High-Latitude Bradyrhizobium japonicum HLNEAU001
Relevance Agricultural
Data types Whole genome sequencing
Organisms Bradyrhizobium
Description To further understand the nodulation capacity of B. japonicum HLNEAU001, the whole genome of B. japonicum HLNEAU001 was sequenced. The draft genome of B. japonicum HLNEAU001 was generated at Novogene using an Illumina platform (Illumina TM2000), with a total of 4024 Mbp sequenced. The observed Q20 and Q30 scores were in line with the experimental requirements, and the average quality of the data after filtering and the predicted and theoretical values met the experimental reads data requirements. The genome assembly resulted in 36 contigs, from which 17 scaffolds could be assembled, with a total length of between 10,276,070 and 10,283,469 bp, in another statistical result found 19 gaps (7, 140 bp in total) distributed in the scaffold using SOAPdonovo.
