Description To reveal the role of salicylic acid in inducing plants to resistant to ultraviolet, the transcriptomic data of mulberry leaves treated with salicylic acid were analyzed. In this study, we got 17.41Gb Clean Data, percentage of Q30 base was or above 91.58%, assembled 105,622 transcript and 75,034 Unigene, which the N50 of transcript and Unigene were 1,646 and 1,239, respectively, and annotated 42,642 Unigene.
