Description |
This project reports proteins associated to PFAS, acquired from mass spectrometry analysis. A total of 441 proteins were identified and GO annototion and KEGG pathway analysis were employed. Interactions of PFAS with CAD, CCT2, PRDX1, and PHGDH were confirmed by co-immunoprecipitation and western blot. |
