Description |
We investigated the root-associated bacterial microbiota in wide types and a number of symbiotic mutants in LysM receptors NFP (nfp) and LYK3 (lyk3) required for rhizobia symbiosis, LYK9 (lyk9) and LYR4 (lyr4) required for fungal chitin signaling, and a calcium- and calmodulin-dependent protein kinase DMI3 (dmi3) for both rhizobia and AM symbiosis in Medicago truncatula. |
