In this project, we systematically investigated the transcriptome aberations of patients with middle stage colon cancer (CC) via RNA-sequencing. Patients were divided into recurrent group and non recurrent group in the study. The aim of this study is to explore the factors that can be used as predictor to discriminate the high risk recurrent patients after accepted initial surgery or treatments. |
