Title Transcriptome sequencing data related to ovine seasonal reproduction

Description In order to reveal the molecular mechanism of seasonal reproduction in sheep, we compared transcriptional sequence data (including mRNA and miRNA) of ovine key tissues between anestrous season and breeding season. The expression profiles of different reproductive stages were constructed and characteristics of each stage were analyzed. Differentially expressed genes or miRNAs between seasons or reproductive stages were screened for GO and pathway analysis.
