Description |
Benzene as a known human cancinogen can directly induce genetic lesion. However, the effect of benzene metabolites on DNA repair has been rarely studied, and the biological mechanisms of that was also unclear. To explore the impact of benzene metabolite on DNA repair, we used human osteosarcoma U2OS cells containing stably integrated repair substrate for homologous repair to be treated with benzene metabolite hydroquinone. |
