Description In plants, alternative splicing is important in growth and development, tissue identity and stress adaptation, yet rare information is known about its roles in woody plant. To globally identify alternative splicing events in the Eucalyptus grandis genomes, we analyzed over 200 RNA-seq libraries from Eucalyptus grandis clone GL1.
