Title mouse cerebellum m6A RNA methylation
Relevance Model organism
Data types Raw sequence reads
Organisms Mus musculus
Description In order to have a complete view of the in vivo RNA m6A methylation profiles throughout mouse cerebellum development, we first explored the age-dependent dynamics of RNA methylation. In this study mouse cerebellum of four postnatal developmental stages were directly used for methylation analysis, which included postnatal day 7 (P7, when proliferation is active), day 14 (P14, when proliferation is over, migration and differentiation initiates), day 21 (P21, when migration, synaptogenesis, myelination and differentiation is active) and day 60 (P60, when the neuronal cells are well-differentiated and mature)
