Description | Mature seeds of Oryza sativa L.indica.cv. 93-11 were used. Embryos that germinated at intervals of 0h, 0.5h, 5h, and 23h imbibition were manually dissected rapidly. RNA immunoprecipitation (RIP) was performed. Both the control (or input) sample without immunoprecipitation and the m6A IP samples were subjected to single-end sequencing on Illumina HiSeq 2000. |
