Description | Next-generation sequencing (NGS) is a good tool to analysis of virus induced genes. The purposes of this study are to detect Zika virus induced genes in A549 cells by mRNA transcriptome profiling (RNA-seq).A549 mRNA profiles of mock and Zika virus infected cells (sti, MOI=5) were got by deep sequencing, in duplicate, using Illumina NextSeq500. qRT–PCR validation assay was conducted using SYBR Green assays. | ||||||||||
