Description |
The recent studies suggest that antisense transcripts play the important regulatory role in gene expression and the next generation sequencing technologies promote the study of non-coding RNA. In our lab, the applicant did non-coding RNA identification and epigenetic modification study based on the strand-specific RNA-seq data and epigenetic modification data for mouse. This project is very important and significant for annotation the non-coding RNA (especially for antisense RNA), anaylsis the characteristics of antisense RNA, and finding the regulating relationship between sense and antisense RNA in mouse. |
