Title |
RNA methylation across mouse brain |
Relevance |

Description |
N6-methyladenosine is one of the most abundant modifications in mRNA, and its significance in RNA processing has been discovered recently with the sequential identification of its methyltransferases, demethylases and binding proteins. Although the m6A6A RNA methylation level in brain is relative higher, the differential methylation profiles and its functions in various brain regions remain elusive. |
