 Infrastructure

The National Genomics Data Center (formerly the BIG Data Center) frequently upgrades infrastructure capabilities, currently with 1.6 Gbps network bandwidth, 8000 computing cores, 250 TFlops computing resources and nearly 18 PB storage resources. It provides data storage, computing and sharing services in support of research activities throughout the country. Currently, it has provided services for a total of 79 institutions, having more than 600 active online users per day and involving more than 60 research projects of National Key Research & Development Program, National Natural Science Foundation of China, CAS Strategic Priority Research Program, etc.
