Soil samples were collected in July 2012. Soil fungi were analyzed by Roche FLX 454 pyrosequencing to measure the ITS rRNA diversity and community composition. The climatic conditions, soil pH, soil water content (SMC) Soil organic carbon (SOC), soil total nitrogen (TN), inorganic nitrogen (NO3-N, NH4-N) and other physical and chemical indicators were measured. |
