Gene Expression Nebulas (GEN) is a data portal of gene expression profiles under various conditions derived entirely from RNA-Seq data analysis in multiple species.

Mammalian Transcriptomic Database (MTD) is focused on mammalian transcriptomes with a current version that contains data from humans, mice, rats and pigs.

Rice Expression Database (RED) includes rice RNA-seq data exclusively, providing information on gene expression profiles of tissues under a wide range of treatments.

ICG is a freely accessible database of Internal Control Genes for normalization of gene expression data by RT-qPCR.
