Description |
P. furukawaii ZS1 was cultured and added to the three treatment tanks every day during the experiment. An equal volume of sterile water was added to the three control tanks. Genomic DNA of the water microbiota was extracted from the filter membranes using a PowerSoil DNA isolation kit. The V4-V5 hypervariable region of the prokaryotic 16S rRNA gene was amplified using the universal primer pair 515F and 909R. |
