| Description |
The total DNA was extracted using improved CTAB method and purified using a DNA fast purifying kit. The V4 - V5 hypervariable region of the 16S rRNA gene was amplified using the 515F and 909R primers according to previous reports. PCR production was purified using a SanPrep gel DNA extraction kit. All purified PCR productions were pooled together with an equal molar amount from each sample and sequencing using MiSeq system. |
