Tet1cs,+; OG2+,- mice were crossed and pregnant females were identified. E13.5 gonads were taken and PGCs were sorted out by FACS. PGCs were lysed and DNA mixture was digested and subjected to STEM-seq. The resulted library was size-selected, and subjected to sequencing. Details are in the manuscript. |
