Description |
ES cells were differentiated to neurons. Cells were crosslinked and crude nuclei were purified. Chromatin was fragmented and subjected to ChIP. DNA was purified and subjected to TruSeq lib prep. The resulted library was size-selected, and subjected to sequencing. Details are in the manuscript. |
