Description |
DNA from four laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma tissues (LSCC) and the adjacent non-cancerous tissues were extracted from patients in this study. Then, same content of total DNA from the four LSCC tissues were mixed as the new LSCC group, and the new non-cancerous sample was derived from the same manner. Whole genome bisulfite sequencing method was applied to compare DNA methylomes of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma sample and the adjacent non-cancerous normal sample and to identify the differentially methylated regions (DMRs). |
