We performed single cell RNA seq of two Chinese female stage 1 adenocarcinomas. The results showed heterogeneous tumor and immune cell populations in the tumor tissues with distinct biological functions. The study unveiled the inter patient and intra tumoral heterogeneity in early stage LUADs. |
