| Description |
The lily cultivars, Odd-allotetreploid 'Oringinal Love' (LAAA), and diplploid Asatic lily 'Tiny Skyline' (AA), and diploid Longiflorum White Fox (LL) were planted. The two interploid crosses, LAAA x AA (AA), and LAAA x LL (LL) were pollenated with nomal artificial method once its flowers opened. The flowers were not pollenated as control (CK). After fertilization for 10 days, the three ovaries and the leaves near to the ovary were seperately sampled for RNA extraction. |
