Description |
The objectives of the present study were to identify the miRNAs and miRNA-regulated genes responsible for host resistance and susceptibility to SE infection using next generation sequencing on spleens from 3 groups of chickens: Controls (C, non-challenged, no detected SE in blood at 24 h, Resistant (R, SE challenged-slight clinical symptoms,), and Susceptible (S, SE challenged-severe clinical symptoms, ) chickens. |
