This project aims to develop the Dip3D method using Pore-C and HiPore-C data and provide valuable insights into diploid genomics and 3D chromatin organization. In this project, we have generated and analyzed the Pore-C and HiPore-C sequencing datasets for the HG001, HG002 cell lines and a distal high-hybridization mouse model (C57_6NJ male x PWK_PhJ female). |
