Description |
we constructed a chromosome-level assembly of A. lappa covering 1.78Gb with a contig N50 value of 5.95Mb and a scaffold N50 value of 90.82 Mb. Employing Hi-C data, we sorted all the assembled bases (100%) into 18 pseudochromosomes. A total of 35 982 genes were identified in the A. lappa genome, of which 29 849 (83.0%) were protein-coding genes. |
