to make clear the downstream mechanism by which miR-218 regulated the learning and memory in the mice. MicroRNAs usually have effects through down-regulating the mRNA translation of their target genes. To identify the target genes of miR-218 in hippocampal neurons, we carried out RNA-seq analysis in the hippocampus of miR-218-2 KO mice. |
