Description |
We used ATAC-seq to investigate the chromatin accessibility landscape in the rice genome and to evaluate the impact of non-coding variants. Six tissues (root, young leaf, flag leaf, young panicle, lemma & palea, and stamen & pistil) of Zhenshan 97 (an indica/xian variety) were collected for ATAC-seq experiment, with at least two replicates of each tissue. |
