Description |
The issue that M. incognita safely overwinter at subzero soil temperature in certain areas, may be attributed to the natural cold acclimation occurring in the late autumn. Here, the identification of the DEGs will provide us promising directions toward the research on freezing tolerance mechanisms of M. incognita in the future. |
