Title Transcriptional reprogramming caused by cold acclimation in Meloidogyne incognita egg
Relevance Model organism
Data types Transcriptome or Gene expression
Raw sequence reads
Organisms Meloidogyne incognita
Description The issue that M. incognita safely overwinter at subzero soil temperature in certain areas, may be attributed to the natural cold acclimation occurring in the late autumn. Here, the identification of the DEGs will provide us promising directions toward the research on freezing tolerance mechanisms of M. incognita in the future.
