Description |
In order to reduce heterozygosity, line bh2-7, which has been subjected to six cycles of self-pollination, was used in this study. Seedlings of this line were grown in sterile culture, with the shoot tip of one further propagated without hormones. The resulting plant material was used for DNA sequencing and Hi-C library construction. |
