Title 16S rRNA sequencing explore fecal microbiota transplantation on gut microbiota in post-weaning diarrhea piglets

Description In this study, Taihu piglets with similar body weight and health condition were early-weaned at the age of 21 days, were used as experimental animals. Set up healthy group, diarrhea control group and fecal microbiota transplantation group. The experiment ended at the age of 66 days. The changes of intestinal microbial of piglets in three groups at 21, 34, 38 and 66 days were analyzed by 16S rRNA sequencing.
