Description |
Accessible chromatin region (ACR) is one of the major chromatin regulators of plant gene transcriptional expression. Here, using transposase-accessible chromatin sequencing (ATAC-seq), we revealed the profiling of ACRs in sorghum genome, thereby establishing ACR associated crosstalk networks that involve multiple epigenetic marks and regulatory gene expression. |
