Description |
Psammosilene tunicoides is a traditional medicine endemic to China. Triterpenoid saponins are regarded as main bioactive compounds in P. tunicoides. Chitosan plays an important role in regulating the synthesis of triterpenoid saponins in P. tunicoides hairy root. The results are helpful to improve the understanding of the mechanism of triterpenoid saponins synthesis, provide theoretical basis for improving the creation efficiency of new species with high saponins content. |
