Title Single-cell profiling reveals pathogenic pathways and therapeutic targets for infant biliary atresia
Relevance Medical
Data types Transcriptome or Gene expression
Raw sequence reads
Organisms Homo sapiens
Description Biliary Atresia is a severe cholangiopathy mediated by extrahepatic bile duct obstruction, causing pathological jaundice and liver failure in early infancy. Using single-cell RNA sequencing, we revealed immune pathogenic pathways that promote liver failure in infants.
