Description |
We performed the genome sequencing of common carp using Nanopore, Pacbio, and HiC technologies and generate a chromosome-level assembly. With RNA-seq reads from multiple tissues using Pacbio and Illumina technologies, we predicted protein-coding genes of this species and identify trans-splicing events. |
