Description |
NCAPG is a subunit of condensin I which plays crucial role in chromatin condensation during mitosis. NCAPG has been demonstrated be associated with farm animal growth traits. However, its roles in regulating myoblasts differentiation are still unclear. In this study, the role of NCAPG in the myogenic differentiation of myoblasts derived from fetal bovine tissue were determined using RNA interference to knockdown NCAPG gene expression. |
