Description |
We have generated a One-Shot screening technique based on PiggyBac transposon system in both haploid embryonic stem cells (haESCs) and haploid neural stem cell-like cells (haNSCLCs). We have established that regardless of the presence or absence of transposition, only one footprint of trapping element was present in a cell. |
