Presently, the expression profile of lncRNAs in bursa tissues has not been reported in chickens infected with ALV-J. In this study, Illumina HiSeq sequencing was used to obtain lncRNA expression profiles in bursa tissues in the infected and healthy chickens. A series of quality assessments were conducted to verify the reliability of the datasets. The transcriptomic profiling dataset will be useful to explore and understand the molecular regulation mechanism governing the avian leukemia J subtype. |
