To profile the dynamic and transcritional preferences of the Histone variants, histone modifications and their readers during spermiogenesis, Single-cell RNA sequencing of adult testes of C57BL6 mice were performed via a microwell-based scFTD-seq. Single-cell suspensions were then loaded onto microfluidic devices, and scRNA-seq libraries were constructed following protocol of GEXSCOPE Single-Cell RNA Library Kit (Singleron Biotechnologies, China). Libraries were sequenced on Illumina HiSeq X with 150 bp paired end reads. |
