Description |
The six uniformly sized seedlings of Populus qiongdaoensis were selected for the heat-stress experiment. Specifically, three seedlings (pqh1, pqh2, and pqh3) received the heat-stress treatment, consisting (40°C for 1 h) and another three (pqq1, pqq2, and pqq3) served as the controls. Leaf RNAs of all six plants were collected for the sequencing using the Illumina HiSeq 2500 platform. |
