Different ingredient in diets have significant effects on digestion, immune system and intestinal microflora of aquatic animals. The present study was conducted to evaluate Shewanella sp. MR-7 fermented soybean meal (FSBM) as a partial replacement for fish meal (FM) in the diets of white shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) by examining growth, digestive enzymes, immune responses, intestinal microflora and resistance to ammonia stress. |
