Title High replacement of fishmeal by fermented soybean meal could significantly influence the immunity, intestinal microflora and resistance to ammonia stress of white shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei
Relevance Agricultural
Data types Genome sequencing
Organisms Penaeus vannamei
Description Different ingredient in diets have significant effects on digestion, immune system and intestinal microflora of aquatic animals. The present study was conducted to evaluate Shewanella sp. MR-7 fermented soybean meal (FSBM) as a partial replacement for fish meal (FM) in the diets of white shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) by examining growth, digestive enzymes, immune responses, intestinal microflora and resistance to ammonia stress.
