Title gut microbiota and multi-type metabolic profiles are associated with coronary artery diseases
Relevance Medical
Data types Metagenome
Organisms human gut metagenome
Description Coronary heart disease is one of the diseases that threaten human health. As a complex disease, the happening of coronary heart disease is not very clear. Here, we performed microbial and metabolic profiles to address the disease happening of coronary heart disease subgroups. We found some differential taxa of bacteria among coronary heart disease subgroups. Also, we identified some key metabolites for each subgroup. Finally, we constructed the network of bacteria, metabolites and related pathways. We believe these networks will help us to understanding the disease happening of coronary heart disease subgroups better.
