Description The annual branches of Prunus mume with different treatment (untreated, IAA, and GA3) between different growth habits (upright and weeping) were collected, RNA-seq was performed, and the differentially expressed genes were screened to reveal the gene expression patterns between weeping and upright growth habits and their differences in phytohormone responses.
