Description |
Combining 3 prime and full-length single-cell RNA sequencing technologies, we produced profile of 77,321 CD45+ immune cells for HCC patients from five immune-relevant sites: tumor, adjacent liver, hepatic lymph node (LN), blood, and ascites. Our study not only characterizes the immune composition of HCC but also provides the dynamics of tumor-infiltrating immune cells across tissues, shedding new lights to the immune landscape of HCC. |
