Description |
In this study, we conducted the first shotgun metagenomics study for flights to reveal high taxonomic-resolved microbiome composition in this environment. Settled dust was collected from the chair and floor surfaces in the flight deck and cabin of 18 flights from the two airline companies for microbiome sequencing. |
