Description |
We present an extensive evaluation of NGS and TGS technologies on human metagenome. We adopted four strategies (CCS-only, co-assembly, hybrid-assembly and NGS-assembly) to assemble human fecal metagenomic reads, and evaluated their performance in terms of assembled contig length, coded protein-coding genes, taxonomic classification as well as other assessments. |
